Our Process
Consultation
We like to start with an in-person visit, since each landscape is unique. These initial meetings usually last 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Reservations are available Thursdays, 9am-12pm or 12-3pm. We contact you that day with a more specific arrival time, based on our route.
Design Proposal
Following our visit, we prepare a quote for design services, based on size and complexity. The quote is accompanied by a custom lookbook, with plant recommendations and style inspiration, to make sure we are headed in the right direction.
Consultation Fee
The consultation is $150. This cost includes the visit, lookbook and design quote, and follow-up call. If you are be outside our 30-mile radius, there is an additional $50 travel fee.

Design
3D renderings take an average of 6 weeks to complete. When the initial design is ready, a meeting is scheduled to review and discuss potential revisions.
Client Adjustments
Final design modifications are typically completed within 2 weeks, depending on the complexity and extent of the requested revisions.
Finalization & Ownership
Upon complete payment, full ownership of the final design is transferred to the client.
Installation
From your finalized design, an installation quote is created, detailing the cost and timeline for implementation.
Landscaping projects can also be completed in phases, depending on your needs. Our project management team will guide you through all your options.
DIY Guidance
Clients who prefer a DIY approach can use the design as a guide for their own gardening projects.
