We like to start with an in-person visit, since each landscape is unique. Consultations usually last 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Reservations are available Thursdays, 9am-12pm or 12-3pm. We contact you that day with a more specific arrival time, based on our route.

Consultation Fee
The consultation is $180, which will be applied toward your design if you continue with us. If you are be outside our 30-mile radius, there is an additional $70 travel fee, which would not be applied.

Design Proposal
Following our visit, we prepare a design quote based on size and complexity, along with a lookbook. This includes plant recommendations, hardscape options, and inspiration photos to make sure we are headed in the right direction.

We got the look

3D renderings take an average of 6 weeks to complete. When the initial design is ready, a meeting is scheduled to review and discuss potential revisions.

Client Adjustments
Final design modifications are typically completed within 2 weeks, depending on the complexity and extent of the requested revisions.

Finalization & Ownership
Upon complete payment, full ownership of the final design is transferred to the client.

Next, you will be contacted by our project management team with a quote and timeline for installation.

Digging in

An installation quote is provided, detailing the cost and scope of implementing the design. Landscaping projects can also be completed in phases, depending on your needs.

DIY Guidance

Clients who prefer a DIY approach can use the design as a guide for their own gardening projects.
