Pricing Tiers
Every landscape we build is bespoke: designed around your home, site conditions, personal style, and how you envision using your outdoor space. This pricing guide can help you determine the level of investment that makes sense for you. Once we learn your goals and see the property, we’ll recommend the right tier to create an impactful transformation into a resilient native landscape.

- Redefining bed edges and tightening up bed shapes
- Soil improvements where needed + mulch or crushed granite
- Small river rock or flagstone accents

Outdoor Living
Creating spaces you’ll actually use—connected zones, more privacy, better circulation, and hardscaping that makes the yard functional. The goal is a garden and landscape that invites you to spend time outside, whether that’s hosting friends or enjoying a quiet morning. Plentiful planting with natives that bring seasonal interest and habitat value.
Often includes:
- 3D design
- Multi-zone layout: lounging, dining, garden areas, play spaces

- Larger irrigation updates or zone redesigns to support the new layout
- Ground cover lawn sections
Great for: backyards for hosting, multi-area projects, cohesive front and backyard combos
Landscape Transformed
This is a full rethink of the property—usually front + back, with significant hardscape, and a coordinated planting plan. We’ll build a strong "bones first" layout, creating outdoor rooms and introducing a native ecosystem.
Often includes:
- 3D design
- Full-site approach: materials, layout, and planting all working together
- Patios or decking, terraces, retaining walls, stairs, raised planters
- Comprehensive drainage solutions + grading corrections
- Full irrigation install/rebuild when needed
- Premium materials and custom details
- Larger-scale planting: canopy trees + understory + native perennials and grasses
- Lawn replacement with drought tolerant ground cover
Great for: full-yard remodels, complex sites, higher-end outdoor living builds
What Can Change the Price Within a Tier
- Demolition, removal and disposal
- Access - tight gates, slopes, limited staging
- Drainage and grading needs
- Material choices - pavers vs natural stone, boulders, larger plant sizes
- Irrigation scope - tune-up vs full rebuild
- Projects beyond our 25-mile radius accepted on case by case basis and often have additional travel fees
