Winter Shipping
We will continue to ship throughout winter. If you prefer, we are happy to hold your order until spring; please include that request in your shipping notes.
Online Replacement Policy
If your online order arrives in a sub-optimal condition, please email info@native-gardeners.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include photos of the box, the plant, packaging, and any other images to help us determine the nature of the problem. Make sure to include the order number in the message. Native Gardeners have the discretion to refund, replace, or otherwise rectify any problems with your plant order.
Plant and Tree Warranty
Plants and trees installed by Native Gardeners are covered by a warranty of 50% of the wholesale price for one year from installation. Replacement plants will be subject to a labor fee.
The warranty only covers the replacement of the original plant. Credits are not given. Native Gardeners will only provide a warranty when an underground automatic sprinkler system has been installed or approved.
The warranty does not cover trees or plants damaged by slugs or animals, vandalism, Acts of God, lack of watering, overwatering, chemical application, and transplanted trees and shrubs.
