SHIPPING PLANTS: WHAT TO EXPECT

Our team packs each order with care. Learn more about how we ship.

We guarantee our plants are healthy and will arrive in transplantable condition, though they may look a bit weathered from their travels. It is essential to plant them as soon as possible to help them rebound and thrive.

If your order does not meet expectations upon arrival, please email info@native-gardeners.com within 24 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the plants and packaging to help us determine the nature of the problem.
REFUND & REPLACEMENT

When appropriate, a one-time refund or replacement will be given. However, we cannot be responsible for damage to plants caused by animals, extraordinary weather or improper care. Shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable.
CANCELATIONS

When you place an order online, we immediately pull your plants from the nursery, before they get picked up by an in-person shopper. We also incur credit card fees when processing both purchases and refunds.
Thus, there is a 15% restocking fee for any canceled order.


LOCAL PICKUP

The customer has two weeks to pick up the order unless other arrangements have been made with our nursery manager.


LOCAL DELIVERY

We will contact you within one business day to schedule delivery.
An additional delivery fee will be applicable if pickup is requested for returns.
