Mimosa borealis

Mimosa borealis is a small ornamental shrub that produces beautiful, fragrant pink puffballs in the spring. Bees and butterflies are attracted to it as a source of nectar and food. It is great for xeric gardens, but due to its thorny branches, we suggest planting it away from high-traffic areas. Once established, it can withstand extreme heat and harsh conditions.
